Rabbits can eat lemon balm leaves, stems, or flowers. Lemon balm is safe, non-toxic and high in phenolic compounds such as rosmarinic acid that has potent anti-microbial (anti-bacterial and anti-viral) and anti-oxidant properties. Lemon balm has anti-inflammatory properties. It may help with bloating by relieving gas, making it a good digestive aid.
